The Village
Humboldt State University

Scheduled to begin construction 4th quarter, 2017, The Village will be the first state-of-the-art, purpose-built and programmed off-campus student housing community to serve the students of Humboldt State University. The Village student housing community will be comprised of 240 units and 800 beds in four 4-story buildings, each with its own interior courtyard for socializing and studying. The student residents at The Village will live in residential suites with a full-sized kitchen, living area and one to four individually keyed private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All residential suites at The Village will be fully furnished and feature hi-speed wi-fi, flat screen TV’s and washers and dryers. The Village will also include a 7,500 square-foot community clubhouse inclusive of private study rooms, computer lab, theater/presentation room, game room, cyber café, and 24-hour fitness center. The Village will be welcoming HSU students fall of 2019.

The Graduate
San Jose State University

Construction is slated to begin 3rd quarter 2017 on The Graduate, a 19-story high-rise student residential tower, located just one block from the campus’ main entrance. The Graduate will feature 260 fully-furnished apartments / 1,039 beds, including a mix of single and double occupancy bedrooms to accommodate different student living preferences. The 543,234 square-foot building will include 17 floors of student residences and a multitude of amenities over a 14,750 square-foot double height retail space, as well as a four-level garage. The garage will be topped with a half-acre recreation deck inclusive of a resort-style pool, spa with lounges and cabanas, Wi-Fi access, several BBQ’s and seating areas, shuffleboard and bocce ball courts, large outdoor movie screen, beautiful landscaping and a 2,600 square-foot state-of-the-art fitness center. Academic amenities will include, public and private study rooms, computer lab and multi-purpose theater/presentation room. The Graduate will be welcoming SJSU students fall of 2020.
